Legal nihilism as a problem of Russian legal awareness

This article focuses on the concept of "legal nihilism". The authors considered the main approaches to its interpretation. Based on the analysis of these approaches, the author's definition of this term is proposed. The article indicates the reasons for the emergence of legal nihilism in Russian society. The most important measures are also proposed to eradicate legal nihilism in the Russian Federation.
