The legal regime of the digital ruble

In this article, through formal legal, comparative legal and systematic methods, the legal regime of the digital ruble was studied in connection with its active introduction into the economic life of the country. In order to complete the study, the concepts of "digital currency" and "digital ruble" were correlated, defining the latter as the third form of the ruble. The analysis of legislative novelties and scientific developments in relation to this phenomenon is carried out.
