Legal regime of the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic with the Republic of Tajikistan

This paper examines the absence of documents confirming the approval and establishment of borders between the RSFSR and Uzbek SSR and, later, the Kyrgyz and Tajik SSR led to a situation where the inter-republican border was formed on the basis of land and water use by agricultural enterprises organized in that period, by building separate settlements and the formation of administrative-territorial units.
