The legal regime of property of spouses

This article discusses the main issues of the legal regime of property of spouses, which are enshrined in the articles of the Family Code of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the main types of legal regime of marital property - legal and contractual. The article also describes the institution of the marriage contract, which provides legal regulation of property relations between spouses in marriage and in the event of its termination, and presents the rights of each of the spouses.
