Legal regime of information, on the example of criminal-executive legal relations

The article deals with a number of issues of legal regulation, in particular, the content of the term "legal regime" in the framework of the problem of the effectiveness of legal influence. Various theoretical approaches that exist in this field, primarily "regime" and "statutory", are studied. The main attention is paid to the study of the features of the legal regime of information. The article deals with the specifics of the legal regime of information in the sphere of criminal and Executive legal relations, and the features of this type of legal relations are formulated. Specific elements of this concept are discussed.
