The legal regime of taxation of incomes of physical persons in the Russian Federation: problematic aspects

The article investigates the specifics of the legal regime of personal income tax in the Russian Federation. The article focuses on the problematic aspects of the practice of tax production on this tax and formulates proposals for the modernization of the legal regime taking into account the current socio-economic realities of Russia.
