Legal regime of higher school teachers’ office works in the light of changes in the civil legislation

In the article the main criteria of office works protection are defined, the present day general regime of office work is presented. By the example of some provisions of the education acts specifications to regulate relationship of the employer and the high school employee concerning office work is shown. Changes proposed in the Civil Code are also analysed and their influence on relationship between the employer and the teacher of a higher education institution is shown.
