Legal regime of agricultural lands

The author considers the legal regime of agricultural lands, the effectiveness of the protection of such lands, existing problems in this area and suggests ways to solve them. The article notes that the legal regulation of a wide range of issues on the rational use of agricultural land is important to ensure food security in Russia in a crisis situation in the country.
