Legal status of the bankruptcy trustee

The role of the bankruptcy trustee in the bankruptcy procedure can hardly be overestimated. The bankruptcy trustee enters into bankruptcy proceedings at its last stage, liquidation. In view of this, he bears a special burden of responsibility, since the outcome of the bankruptcy procedure depends on the clarity of the actions of the bankruptcy trustee. This article contains a small study of the legal status of the bankruptcy trustee. Various points of view were considered to determine the legal status of the bankruptcy manager, his rights and obligations were determined, and problems that arise in the process of the manager carrying out his activities were identified. Also, proposals were developed to help the bankruptcy manager perform his tasks more efficiently.
