Legal status of cryptocurrency in the Russian Federation and foreign countries

The article is devoted to the study of the legal status of cryptocurrency, including issues regarding their regulation and identification in the Russian Federation on the basis of the adopted federal law "On digital assets". The status of cryptocurrencies is considered on the example of the United States and China, in particular, their methods of regulation, determination of the status of cryptocurrencies and supervision of their turnover on exchanges and operating rooms.
