The legal status of minors under the contract of passenger transportation in the civil law

In this article the author provides a comparative analysis of existing normative acts of the Russian transport legislation on the issues of minors in the contract of passenger transport. A comprehensive learning of the declared topic of this article conducts in all fields of passenger transport in Russia. In the order of learning the peculiarities of the legal status of minors, the author pays attention to the complex discussion of the issues related to the legal regulation of passenger transportation of such citizens. In this scientific article the author points to possible solutions of the declared some problems of legal regulation in the legal status of the minors under the contract of passenger transport, and offer to discuss some suggestions for improving regulations, existing transport legislation.
