Legal status of the victim in the administrative legislation of Russia

He article is devoted to consideration of such category of participants of proceeding on cases on administrative offenses, as the victim. Authors analyze concept and the status of the victim of the administrative legislation of Russia in detail. The carried-out analysis allows authors to consider the existing points of view of scientists on the matter and to draw conclusions on need of improvement of the current legislation.
