Legal status of regions in the external economic relations

The question of the legal status of the subject of the Russian Federation is a question of the relations between Federation and its subjects, and the question of differentiation of competence and powers concerns the relations between separate types of federal bodies and bodies of territorial subjects of the federation. The author considers questions of the external economic efficiency of the policy of differentiation of powers between regions. According to the author, the foreign policy began to be created in the regions of Russia more and more.
