The articleexamines the legalstatus of the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the regions of the Russian Federation. The analysis of legislativeacts of the federal and regionallevels is based on the legalbasis of the activities of the Office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs. The system of interaction of Commissioners for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs at the federal and regionallevels is considered.
