Legal aspects of adaptive physical education

The work is directed at first at the research of legal basis of adaptive physical education and adaptive sport, and secondly at the necessity to work out recommendations aimed at the perfection of the legislation in the field of adaptive physical education. Common scientific methods of cognition have been the methodological base of the research. Main results showed that it is necessary to liquidate the contradiction of the terminological apparatus of adaptive physical education and adaptive sport for the perfection of effectiveness of legal regulation of adaptive physical education and adaptive sport.
