Legal aspects of anti-corruption activity

In article problems of legal regulation of fundamentals of anti-corruption policy of our state are considered. Characteristics of the modern anti-corruption legislation are analysed. It is revealed and is reasonable that systematic work on prevention of corruption actions in all state and municipal organizations will help to provide transparency of work of the state and to lay the foundation for public anti-corruption consciousness of society.
