Legal aspects of the genesis of the concept of corruption in light of the realization of Russian justice

With the purpose of methodological support of the formation of a real strategy for combating corruption based on the analysis of anti-corruption legislation and enforcement, research domestic and foreign scientists, the article considers the provisions of the scientific-theoretical and practical nature of the concept of «corruption» and about subjects of corruption.
