Legal aspects of state regulation of the activities of foreign agents in Russia at the present stage

The article examines the legal acts regulating the activities of foreign agents in modern Russia. The authors consider the concept of "foreign agent" and their types. The paper carries out an analysis of the activities of foreign agents. The authors examine the practice of applying the relevant legislation in the Russian Federation, including judicial practice. The article discusses the most pressing problematic issues of application of legislation regulating the activities of foreign agents and the activities of foreign agents in foreign countries.
