Legal aspects of economic behaviour of the state concerning the Russian small-scale business

Article is devoted a complex of the problems which topical character at the present stage of development of the Russian society is obvious. In the given publication the author, first, underlines a high economic urgency of development of an average and a small-scale business in the country, and secondly, carries out the detailed analysis of legal behaviour of the state and their relation, subjecting to the fair criticism a number of discrepancies in the legislation and even their discrepancy.
