Legal aspects of different types of contracts for construction financing

The features of contracts of crediting, loan and the investment contract for construction financing are considered in the article. The possibility for the investor to apply for a role of the mortgage creditor in different versions of contracts in case of the builder's bankruptcy is considered. The legislation of the Russian Federation as well as the judicial practice are analysed.
