Legal aspects of social work with unfavorable families in Russian Federation

Analysis of the legislation of Russian Federation in the field of social work with the family showed that there are legal acts regulating the social protection of this category of population. The basic document is the Family Code of Russian Federation. But it should be emphasized that the concept of “family trouble” is not fixed in any document at the federal level. Thus, the question arises about the consolidation of the term “dysfunctional family” in various legal documents.
