Legal espectroscopia constitutional (charter) court in the subjects of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to necessity of creation of the constitutional ( authorized) court. The author provides a case for establishing such a court. The necessity of creation of the constitutional (Charter) courts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and analyzes some of the issues of their competence.
