The author of the article considers measures to support innovation activities. The development of incentives from 2005 to 2024 is analyzed, the term «state support» in various regulatory and legal acts is considered and compared. Legal analysis of support measures is carried out, from which several directions are distinguished: advisory, financial, educational support, which promote the enhanced development of innovation infrastructure. The article also considers the relationship between the support measures that exist at the moment and the forecast made by the Government of the Russian Federation until 2030.
