Legal aspects of the shadow economy

Resume: The article determines that it is necessary to group the regulatory legal acts of the mechanisms of shading the economy of the Russian Federation into five directions. It has been determined that today in Russia a qualitatively new legislation has been formed to de-shadow the economy, however, in the context of large-scale corruption in Russia, the emphasis must be primarily on eliminating the causes that contribute to corruption.
