The article deals with the legal and historical aspects of anticorruption legislation in the post-revolutionary period of creation and development of Russian Statehood. The article authors analyzed the legal sources of this period, aimed of combating such a socially dangerous phenomenon as corruption. In addition, there are considered the measures of organizational nature, taken by the young Soviet government to prevent corruption offences.
