Legal and economic prospects of development of mortgages in Russia

In that paper legal and economic prospects of development of a credit agreement with use of mortgaging are considered. Positive and negative aspects of that legal relationship are noted, the strategy of development of mortgage housing loan in the Russian Federation is analyzed, recommendations on improvement of legislation are formulated.
