Legal and organizational bases for awarding special titles in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

The analysis of the regulatory legal support of the conditions of service by employees of the internal affairs bodies is one of the conditions for improving the quality of their performance of their official duties. In the article, the authors explore issues related to the types and specifics of the assignment of special titles in the internal affairs bodies in the aspect of administrative and legal analysis. Considering the peculiarities of regulation of legal relations in the designated area, the authors formulate a number of conclusions on this issue, as well as substantiate the feasibility of implementing a specific set of measures to improve the efficiency of the functioning of internal affairs bodies.
