The article analyzes the problems of training forensic experts in the specialty 26.1. The study of the products of speech activity in the system of university training and professional development. The results of the situational analysis indicate that the inefficiency of the training of linguistic experts is due to three factors: legal, linguistic and organizational and methodological. That is predetermined by the multi-vector paradigms of forensic examination, associated with the lack of unified methodological approaches in the training of specialists in the university system and in the system of professional development and with the lack of consistency in conducting research, evaluating expert conclusions, as well as with the disparity of requirements and insufficient coverage of the standards of the named area of forensic expertise, namely, in the context of the article, judicial speech research examinations. The need to develop general principles and specific methods of forensic linguistic expertise, combining both linguistic and legal assessment of conflict speech situations on a scientific basis, does not lose its relevance also in the light of the updating of articles of the Criminal Code and Administrative Code.
