Legal changes in land legislation in 50-ies of XVI century (historical and legal aspects)

The article contains the systematic analysis of the normative legal acts of 50-ies of XVI century in the field of the land legislation. The necessity of comprehensive analysis of such legal acts as the Sentencing of May 11, 1551, "The Code of Service", 1555 is based on the fact that they cause sufficiently great interest, both from legally and historical points of view. Exactly at that time the substantial changes in land laws took place, which became the integral part of the policy pursued by Ivan IV. Its meaning was to create the new class of landowners in the Muscovite state.
