Grounds for denying state support to agrarians: problems of legality and gaps in existing legislation

Purpose: To identify legal conflicts that cause enforcement problems when resolving the issue of providing state support to farmers under crop insurance contracts. Methodology: The author use the methods of analysis and activities and synthesis, formal-logical, comparative law. Results: The options for resolving some of the problems caused by the existence of conflicts of law in the field of agricultural insurance, carried out with state support, worked out with the help of scientific research and practical ways of research. Novelty/originality/value: Scientific has a value in view of the fact that it is an independent individual author’s analysis of legal conflicts in the considered field of legal relations.
