Legal conflicts of counteraction to drugs

The article deals with the problems of criminal law counteraction to drugs, highlights the shortcomings that impede the implementation of effective anti-drug prevention, identifies conflicts and gaps in the regulation in the Russian Federation of the legal regime of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, precursors and drug-containing plants.
