Legal benefits as one of the forms of appearance of legal incentives

The article is discussed the issues connected with the conception of legal benefits as one of the forms of appearance of legal incentive. Special attention is paid to the research of kinds of legal benefits. The author is substantiated the role of benefits of incentive character in the legal policy of the State, their importance in the development of the Russian economy and statehood.
