Legal measures of countering extremist activities with regard to mass media

In the article, court cases of the category «On the prosecution of extremist activity» are analyzed, where the mass media were featured. In the course of the work, a qualitative content analysis of the cases in the category «On Countering Extremist Activity» was conducted. In the investigated data file, the cases were dealt with from 2012 to 2017. The article is a generalization of the data obtained.
