Legal grounds for the use of physical force by the police, practical problems

This article analyzes the legal basis for the use of physical force by law enforcement officers. Research objectives: to study the legal foundations of the use of physical force, which are aimed at improving the efficiency of employees. Result: practical problems arising during the practical implementation of the use of physical force are identified, namely: illegal use of physical force, theoretical ignorance or exceeding the limits of the use of physical force.
