Legal basis of activity of charitable organizations

As part of the study, we studied legal acts that describe the activities of charitable organizations. An analysis was carried out and certain conclusions were drawn about the correctness of the writing of the articles of the proposed normative acts. This article provides a definition and describes the composition of charitable activities. And also the normative acts regulating this activity together with the shortcomings they have are considered.
