The legal fundamentals of civil society formation in modern Russia (the All-Russian research and practice round-table conference review)

The review reports the conceptional fundamentals of the civil society idea, examines the legal mechanisms which guarantee the civil society institutions coming into being and functioning, defines priority directions of the policy in the sphere of such society formation, proposes the ways of its optimisation.
