Legal basis of state financial support to participants in foreign economic activity

The article is devoted to the analysis of the admissibility limits of financial measures to support national producers in the export of goods and services established by international organizations that require compliance with their provisions on the part of the participating countries, including the Russian Federation. The process of subsidizing the export of national producers in Russia is analyzed. The authors come to the following conclusion: the prohibitions established by international acts are not always respected, and the reason for this situation are the absence in the national legislation of the Russian Federation of those criteria by which it is possible criteria by which it is possible to determine state support for national producers as a prohibited subsidy. The analysis of the main problem in providing financial support measures to participants in foreign economic activity is carried out -compliance with the criteria for the admissibility of such measures established by international law. The authors state that in recent years a significant step has been taken in harmonizing national legislation with the norms of international organizations regulating international economic cooperation, including binging export lending practices in line with the requirements of the WTO, OECD and EAEU.
