Currently, our country is going through a difficult historical period associated with the economic and social upheavals of society, against the background of the sanctions imposed against Russia and the spread of the coronavirus epidemic, which negatively affects the relationship between the authorities and the population. As a result, the need to improve the professionalism of the authorities, increase the quality of personnel and moral and psychological readiness, including police officers, who are able to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, as well as to ensure the safety and security of society and the state itself, is becoming more and more. The most important area of activity of the internal affairs bodies is the training of highly qualified personnel capable of efficiently and effectively performing the tasks assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. One of the measures that have a significant impact on the level of professional training of employees of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for fire and physical training is the organization of proper control and assessment of the level of professional training of employees of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In this article, we are talking about the legal basis for the organization of control and evaluation of the professional readiness of employees of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for fire and physical training.
