The legal basis for ensuring safety in physical education classes

The article discusses the legal basis for ensuring safety in physical education classes in educational institutions. The key sources of regulation are analyzed: the norms of legislation on education, physical culture and sports, as well as the basic provisions of labor protection and civil liability. It is proved that safety in the physical education lesson is not an optional element of the teaching methodology, but a legally significant responsibility of the educational organization and the teaching staff. The paper uses comparative legal analysis, as well as the provisions of current Russian legislation.
