Legal framework of the operational-search activity "research of objects and documents" in the operational-search activities

The legal basis of operational-search activities is of key importance in the process of regulating activities of law enforcement officers that carry out operational-search activities, which are reflected in the exhaustive list of Art. 6 ФЗ N144 «On operational-search activity». This article reveals four levels of legal regulation regarding ORM «Research of objects and documents»; it also reflects the problems of legal regulation arising in the conduct of the considered operational-search measures.
