Legal framework for countering terrorism in educational organizations

The article discusses the main provisions of the regulatory framework governing the issues of ensuring security and countering terrorism in educational institutions of all levels of education. The experience of the prosecutor’s office in checking the security and anti-terrorist protection of educational institutions of the Perm Territory is discussed. Particular attention is paid to improving the system of organizing anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of education, including legislative, control, and methodological measures. The need for more active use of integrated, interdepartmental approaches to ensure security and anti-terrorist protection of educational facilities (territories) is noted.
