Legal basis of social protection of large families

In this article legal bases of social protection of large family are investigated. The author allocates four levels social and legal providing large families in the Russian Federation. The laws regulating social protection of this group of families are analysed. The conclusion is drawn that in modern Russia the regulatory framework of social protection of large families is rather developed, however social problems of this category of the population are still not solved.
