Legal bases of management of socio-economic development of municipal education

The article discusses the legal framework for managing the socio-economic development of the municipality, explores the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation, which regulates the rules for strategic planning at the municipal level. The features of the modern system of requirements for the development of a strategy for socio-economic development in the Russian Federation are given.
