Legal features of the nominal account agreement in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the legal features of a nominal account agreement under the legislation of the Russian Federation. It has been established that such an agreement has features that will give it a special legal nature. Features of the subject composition, essential conditions, conclusion, execution and termination of the nominal account agreement were revealed. The author determined that, despite its introduction into the Civil Code of the Russian Federation back in 2017, many issues arising in law enforcement practice are still unresolved. In conclusion, proposals are formulated to improve the legal regulation of the nominal account agreement not only in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, but also in the acts of the Bank of Russia
