Legal features of the donation contract in the civil law of the Russian Federation

In this article, the authors study several different concepts of a donation agreement, disclose the essence, as well as the legal nature of this agreement. In addition, the scientific work indicates the place of the donation agreement in the system of civil agreements of the Russian Federation, describes the signs that make it possible to distinguish this agreement from a simple donation agreement. The study also explains in detail the legal features of the institution of donation in general.
