Legal features of trust management by the ground areas

In article a little investigated interbranch institute of the right - trust management, in particular a question is considered important, but, than to consider trust management: encumbrance or restriction of the rights of the proprietor. Analyzing legal bases of application of this institute to the ground areas, the author comes to a conclusion, that specificity of the contract of trust management by the ground area consists not only in its target orientation, but also in object of relations, a subject, essential conditions, the contract form. In this connection in laws it is logical to differentiate these concepts as their connection leads to occurrence of some blanks with which it is necessary to fill.
