Legal features of electronic parliaments in the context of information relations on the example of Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan

The issues of “electronic parliament” in the modern world are considered. The legal and technical experience in the formation and development of the concept of “electronic parliament” in a number of states, including Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, is outlined. Relevant recommendations and proposals were given to improve the “electronic parliament” in Kyrgyzstan.
