Legal features of the conclusion of a license agreement on the Internet

Within the framework of this article, the general provisions of the licensing issue are disclosed, as well as the issues of concluding a license agreement on the Internet are raised. The author comes to the conclusion that the peculiarity of concluding a license agreement on the Internet is that it can be classified as risky. The license agreement is paid, however, it is constructed in such a way that the amount of counter-satisfaction required from one of the parties remains unknown until a circumstance occurs that is designed to definitively determine it. In this regard, an urgent topic is the study and proposal of ways to minimize risks in contractual work. According to the author, such methods exist and their search should be considered through the device of technical equipment of the transaction via the Internet.
