The article analyzes the concept of legal relationships in the contemporary theory of law in the context of virtual worlds. The author brings a series of practical problems related to the legal relationships in virtual worlds. The conclusion about actual existence of legal relationships in virtual worlds and necessity of close attention to the phenomenon of virtual worlds from both the law science society and the federal legislator is drawn.
