Legal implications of the Russian citizens' backing public initiatives driven through the internet resource «Russian public initiative»

The article is dedicated to a specific aspect of the implementation of the President's Decree №183 «On consideration of public initiatives by the citizens of the Russian Federation driven through the Internet resource "Russian public initiative"» - the impact of the web support initiatives by the citizens of Russia. The gaps and the drawbacks in the legal regulation of the studied institution are identified.
